Building on a broad and cross-functional background in the sports industry, I continuously leverage the expertise I have developed through strategic and operational roles with key stakeholders to advise my clients today on a wide range of complex challenges:

• At the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games, I played a key role in shaping the Legacy strategy (DEI, ESG, Community Impact, Youth Development / Grassroots) and actively contributed to the delivery of Rugby Sevens and Wheelchair Rugby competitions, working closely with international federations (World Rugby and World Wheelchair Rugby).

• With Stade Toulousain - the most successful French rugby club - I led a market analysis of the U.S. sports ecosystem and identified strategic growth opportunities in the country, which laid the foundation for the current partnership with the Utah Warriors.

• Within the French Ministry of Sports, I helped shape sustainable sport policies and advised over 40 major event organizers on ESG and regulatory issues.

• With the NGO Peace and Sport, I oversaw the recruitment of international volunteers and contributed to the logistical planning and delivery of their international forum.

• As a consultant, I now support U.S. and international stakeholders in the development and execution of high-impact initiatives.

Thanks to these diverse and ongoing experiences, I have developed a deep, practical understanding of the U.S. and European sports landscapes, their respective dynamics, and stakeholder expectations.
